What to expect?
Putred is heavily influenced by the old-school death metal Uriel grew up with, especially Necrophagia, Death, Master, Slaughter, Nihilist, Cianide, Carnage, Derketa, Grave, Asphyx, Dr. Shrinker, Phantasm, Autopsy, Rottrevore, Winter, Benediction, Bolt Thrower and Pungent Stench. The band’s sound comes from that late ’80s / early ’90s death metal feeling — heavy, primitive, filthy and slow, with a strong focus on atmosphere and groove.
